The scope of work includes providing a turnkey system integration for the Chiller Replacement project at a mission-critical central utility plant. The contractor shall manage all phases of the project, including demolition and removal of two existing chillers and associated pumps, and perform structural, mechanical, and electrical modifications necessary to accommodate new equipment. The contractor will procure, deliver, install, and commission two Government-specified Trane CenTraVac(R) water-cooled centrifugal chillers. Additionally, the work requires integration of the new chiller controls with the existing campus-wide Building Automation System (BAS) to ensure seamless operation.
