Reference Number 0000408004 Widefield School District 3 seeks to pre-qualify Roof Contractors with experience in small to medium sized construction projects up to $1,000,000 and well as large projects $1,000,000 and over. This pre-qualification is pre- planning for bond projects and will be used for bond associated work as well as a prequalification process for other non-bond related projects. This does not guarantee any work just that if selected the company will be added to a pre-qualified list. Payment and performance bonds shall comply with C.R.S. 38-26-105 and 38-26- 106 and may use AIA A312 forms or District-approved statutory bond forms. The District reserves the right to reject any proposal, waive irregularities, negotiate terms, select the most qualified vendor, or cancel awards without penalty. The District shall not be liable for any costs incurred by the Proposer in the preparation and production of the proposal or for any work performed before the execution of a contract. All proposals and other materials submitted shall become the property of the District. No reports, information, or data given to or prepared by the selected Proposer shall be made available to any individual or organization by a respondent or the selected Proposer without prior written approval of the District
