The requirement is for hood and duct cleaning services at Schriever Space Force Base (SSFB). The contractor shall perform all tasks outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the cleaning and maintenance of hoods and ducts over a five-year period of performance from February 1, 2026, through January 31, 2031. Services must comply with all applicable standards and specifications provided in the solicitation. Offerors are required to submit a technical description of proposed services, warranty terms, pricing, discount terms, and acknowledgment of any solicitation amendments. A statement of financial responsibility must also be included, confirming adequate financial resources and access to necessary technical equipment and facilities. Quotes must include the CLIN Pricing Schedule and a sanitized copy of the proposal with company information and pricing redacted. Evaluation criteria are specified in the solicitation under FAR 52.212-2. Location: Schriever Space Force Base, 25 Hahn Ave, Colorado Springs, CO 80930.
