Remodeling and renovation of a military facility in Cape Canaveral, Florida. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.

SCOPE OF WORK a) Remove existing carpet tiles and replace with non-static VCT in room 11D. b) Install 1 each 250V, L630 amp receptacle and 1 each 120V L520 amp twist lock receptacle for rack #1. c) Install 1 each 120V L520 amp twist lock receptacle for rack #2 and rack #3. d) Install six (6) each 120V L520 amp twist lock receptacles for rack #4. e) Install a ground bar for the grounding of the Comm rack use #4 braided and ground to the facility steel and cad weld. f) Install a 1-Ton or 12,000 BTU wall mounted Mini-split inside room 110, must meet UFC 3580-0 and 45SWI 17-213. g) Install conduit and wiring for circuits for the new comm rack and HVAC from electrical panels located in hallway and mount the receptacles above the new Comm rack. h) Install new 3070 aluminum door with 12x12 lite; use 4-1/2" stainless heavy-duty hinges with panic hardware and frame out and paint remaining area around door located at the Northwest end of hallway. i) Install new 3070 aluminum door with 12x12 lite; use 4-1/2" stainless heavy-duty hinges with panic hardware and frame out and paint remaining area around door, This door will be located in the East side hallway past the restrooms. j) Patch and plaster holes in the North side hallway then prime and paint hall walls and continue to the East hallway to the new door. k) Remove and replace carpet tiles in the North hallway and East side hallway to new door. l) Install new vinyl tile in the section in front of the roll-up door area in North hallway. m) Remove and replace ceiling tiles in the men's and women's restroom where needed, patch plaster on walls in both restrooms and prime and paint walls. n) Repair wood boards and repair area around the window in men's room and paint. o) Clean and paint the metal men's and women's restroom doors. p) Clean mildew area approximately 500 SF in the West side of facility and then paint walls where the mildew was removed. q) South side hangar door seals need to be removed and replaced. r) West side outside windows need to be caulked and sealed from the inside and clean all window encasements. s) Install new Plexiglass on the inside of all west side windows and seal. t) Cut and remove all locks on the west side windows and vacuum all west side rooms and main hallway. u) North side roll-up door motor assembly and cover needs to be removed and replaced with new. v) All doors in the East side hallway need to be striped and have the lead paint abated and repainted. w) The break room on the East side of the facility needs to have all equipment removed from the room and discarded. x) Remove the existing upper cabinets and remove the exhaust hood assembly and patch opening on wall. y) Install a new lower cabinet and countertop and sink. z) Close in the vented area next to the upper cabinets, patch and paint all walls inside the break room. aa) Remove all ceiling tiles and carpet inside the break room and replace all ceiling panels with new 2' x 4' tiles. bb) Replace all carpeted area with vinyl floor tiles and cove base throughout room. cc) The room next to the break room, remove all carpet and cove base and replace with new floor tile and cove base. dd) Remove all the ceiling tiles and insulation and replace the insulation and ceiling tiles with new. ee) Patch all walls and paint all interior walls, seal around window and paint around window. ff) Remove all carpet and cove base in the East side hallway and replace with new carpet tiles and cove base and prime and paint the East side hallway. gg) In the North High Bay replace the existing High Bay Lights with new current technology LED Lights Any further questions should be submitted in writing no later than May 18, 2023 using the question and answer template provided.
