Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Horicon, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The principal items for which proposals are invited are: 1,704 LF 8" San Sewer 750 LF 6" San Sewer Forcemain 1 LS Sewer Lift Station & Controls 235 LF HDD San Sewer, 8"Min ID 235 LF HDD Watermain, 10"Min ID 2,525 LF 10" Watermain 7,208 SY 14" Aggregate Base Course (2 courses) 1,823 TN Hot Mix Asphalt Pavement, 5" 2,862 LF Curb & Gutter, 30" Type D 1 LS Erosion Control, Seeding & Stabilization. The work to be completed for this project shall follow the schedule and dates set forth in the Time of Completion section of these specifications. Substantial Completion date includes all work that is required to be completed in 2023 as noted in the Time of Completion section, along with the lift station being completed and operational, all restoration work, and the final course of asphalt pavement being installed. Final Completion for the project shall be all work completed in its entirety, including resolution of all punch list items, and ready for final payment. This work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and supplies necessary to provide the complete utility and street improvements as shown by the plans and contract documents, complete, ready for use, and acceptable to the Owner.
