Renovation of a municipal facility in Heuvelton, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Contract No. 1 - General Rehabilitation - Base Bid 540 East Road Heuvelton - Furnish and Install various rehabilitation materials and labor to include : Repair & Replace Fascia where needed, Caulk & Paint Fascia as needed, Furnish & Install New Oil Fired Furnace - ACM - approx. 25 linear feet of duct wrap in basement - see Asbestos Scope, Furnish & Install Seventeen (17) New Vinyl Replacement Windows - Lead Based Paint Item, Furnish & Install Two (2) New Exterior Doors & Two (2) New Storm Doors, Furnish & Install New 200-Amp Electrical Entrance Box, Inspect & Replace Wiring & Outlets to the first floor of the home to meet Code, Install ADA Compliant Door Bell for Hearing Impaired, Install New Pressure Treated Stairs to basement, Basement - Reinforce Floor Joists Below Living Room **, Install Dehumidifier in Basement & Plumb into Sump Drain or Outlet. Additionally, the Base Bid will also require new smoke & carbon monoxide detectors per Code as well as lead hazard remediation work items detailed in the Lead Risk Assessment, LBP Inspection Report & Asbestos Containing Materials as detailed in the ACM Report and Scope of Work. The right is reserved to waive any informalities in the Bid and to reject any or all Bids.
