Site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Sunrise, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Work consists of, but is not limited to, the construction of two prefabricated restroom facilities with all necessary utilities, and the installation of a sewer lift station at each restroom location. All work shall be constructed in accordance with the Bid documents. Each Bid must be accompanied by bid security in the form of cash, a certified check, or cashiers check drawn on a local bank in good standing, or a bid bond issued by a surety authorized to issue such bonds in the State of Florida, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total amount of the Bid. (As used herein the term "total amount of the Bid" shall mean the maximum possible Bid assuming acceptance of the maximum possible alternates and maximum combination of Bid items). All checks shall be made payable to the City of Sunrise, Florida, and if a bid bond is issued, the City of Sunrise, Florida, shall be named as principal in said bond Question Deadline 07/19/2024 at 12:00 PM ET
