Renovation of a laboratory facility in St George, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.
The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Demolition and diposal of existing interior architectural componants and finishes, including but not limited to gypsum board on metal stud partitions, wood doors, VCT flooring and acoustic tile ceiling systems. .2 Supply an install architectural componants and finishes including but not limited to gypsum board on metal stud partitions, wood doors, sheet vinyl flooring and acoustic ceiling tile system, and painting. .3 New Casework, including modifying existing epoxy countertops for installation where indicated. .4 Trenching existing concrete floor slab to allow installation of electrical and plumbing services, and infill of concrete slab. .5 Demolition of existing; and installation of new electrical systems incluiding lighting, power, communications as indicated. .6 Demolition of existing and installation of new mechanical systems incluidng plumbing, ventilation and new roof top air handling unit and exhaust fan. .7 Modifications to existing modified bitumous roof to allow for new roof top equipment. .8 Supply and install new propane genrator and associated concrete equipment pad, propane supply, power and controls.
