Renovation of an educational facility in St George, New Brunswick. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: Removals: .1 Removal of existing aluminum windows and curtain wall systems; complete with associated sill, flashing, sealant, and trim. .2 Removal of existing exterior metal and aluminum doors, frames, and hardware. .3 Removal, salvage, and modification of existing interior window blinds. .4 Removal and salvage of existing security and intercom systems at exterior entrances. .5 Removal and salvage of existing exterior grilles/vents and exit lights to accommodate new work. .6 Other miscellaneous removals to accommodate work. New work: .1 Provide new aluminum frame windows and curtain wall systems. .2 Provide new exterior aluminum and metal doors, frames, and hardware. .3 Patch, repair, and refinishing of interior gypsum board walls and ceilings. .4 Patch and infill existing brick. .5 Modify and reinstall salvaged interior window blinds. .6 Miscellaneous work as required to accommodate work. Documents are available through the Construction Association of NB. Tender Cancelled.
