Site work for a municipal facility in St George, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
* Award subject to final approval. The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: a. Pulverization of Asphalt / Existing surfacing from the entrance of 79 Mt Pleasant Rd to the fence on the south side of the depot. Includes any needed sediment and erosion control. The total area is 5,940 sq. meters. b. Sediment and Erosion Control as needed. c. Reinstatement of Existing 150 m Drainage Ditch. This includes the removal of silt and sand build-up in the ditch. The ditch is located along the north side of the parking lot. The ditch's width varies between ~1m - 2m. d. Extend Existing ~2m (w) Drainage Ditch 25 m e. Remove 107 m2 of existing asphalt and place 100 mm min. topsoil and hydroseed f. Asphalting Paving/ Restoration - includes the following: - Remove and replace unsuitable road base, crown, and reshape the road, Excavation and Replacing with Crushed Rock if needed. 450 mm as directed by geotechnical engineer. Allowance 600 m2 - Asphalt Paving/Restoration with Asphalt Concrete (ERS) - 40 mm " NBDTI D"- surface/ 75 mm "NBDTI B" - Base. The total area is 5,940 sq. metres g. Miscellaneous Sitework, needed to accomplish the mentioned scope. Documents are available through the Construction Association of NB.
