Reconstruct the portion of Lerdo Highway between Valley St. and Shafter Ave. The project includes full roadway reconstruction, which involves grinding and removing the existing road section and placement of full-depth asphalt. Additionally, existing driveways, sidewalks, curbs, and gutters are to be reconstructed to meet current ADA and City standards where applicable.
