The City of Lake Geneva is seeking proposals for the replacement of (2) two bridges in the White River Disc Golf Park in Lake Geneva WI. Minimum Liability coverage of $1,000,000.00. Proposal instruction documents are available from the City of Lake Geneva Public Works Administrative Specialist: Proposals shall be exclusive of sales tax, the City will furnish a tax exempt certificate to the successful proposer. Proposals shall be plainly marked, "City of Lake Geneva Disc Golf Bridge Project 2024-04a and b" with name of proposer and date due included on envelope. No unsealed, faxed, emailed, electronic, late, unmarked or postage due proposals shall be accepted. The City is not responsible for late or misdirected mail or cartage therefore hand delivery is recommended. A City of Lake Geneva Pre-Qualification Packet must be on file with the City Clerk's Office prior to award of project. Pre-qual packs are available at the Office of the City Clerk or on the City's web page. Proposers shall not contact any City Official or Elected representative other than the contact person or persons named in the Request for Proposals. Contact or discussion with any other City Official or elected representative shall be grounds for disqualification. Successful Proposer shall properly hold the City of Lake Geneva harmless from all damages occurring in any way by proposer's acts or negligence, or that of his employees, agents or workers. Proposer must provide proof of indemnity and acceptable insurance in amounts approved by the City in the pre-qualification packet. Minimum Liability coverage of $1,000,000.00.
