The West Palm Beach VA Health System is seeking business concerns capable of providing the West Palm Beach VA Medical Center Facility address listed below: West Palm Beach VA Medical Center 7305 N. Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL 33410-6400 Annual, Quarterly, and Triennial Preventive-Maintenance (PM) services for Nine (9) diesel emergency facility Caterpillar stand-by generators that are used to power the facility during any power losses. The generator equipment covered is four (4) units that are 700 KVA Caterpillar Generators 3 phase 480/277v and associated Caterpillar diesel engine model 3508, and three (3) units that are 2500 KVA Caterpillar Generators 3 phase 13,200v and associated Caterpillar diesel engine model 3516, and (2) units D & E consisting of (B) 581 KW and (T) 581 KW Caterpillar Generator 3 phase 480/277v and its associated caterpillar diesel engine model (B) C18. The contractor shall provide a Caterpillar factory trained and authorized technician to perform all services in accordance with all Caterpillar Manufacturers Specifications and provide all Caterpillar specified replacement parts and fluids. Services must include all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment, testers, meters, calibration, safety equipment, and supervision The contractor shall provide all necessary documentation indicating he has experience trouble shooting, diagnosing, programming/re-programming faults with Government or Non-Government hospital or large medical clinic settings and, Caterpillar generators and sub-systems. Must have experience with the latest version of Caterpillar s control system software. The contractor shall provide all necessary documentation indicating he is a certified, and approved Caterpillar authorized service technician. For Warranty Services the contractor shall respond to Emergency call back with a mechanic / technician on site within a reasonable call back time agreed upon by the Contracting Officer after the receipt of a service call.
