The Port of Palm Beach District (Port) is advertising an Invitation to Bid from qualified and experienced firms to provide improvements to the Mullins property. The project consists of clearing, grubbing, excavating the existing site, demolition of building, construction of new drainage systems, grading, building site walls, laying asphalt pavement section, stripping, and fencing at the Mullins Property at the Port of Palm Beach District, Riviera Beach, Florida. The Port shall use its best efforts to ensure that Minority/Women Businesses Enterprises have an equitable opportunity to participate in the Port's procurement process. The Board has set a voluntary goal of 12% M/WBE participation in Port business.
