Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Riviera Beach, Florida. Working plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
The City of Riviera Parks and Recreation Department is seek bids from qualified bidders, (hereinafter referred to as to renovate the Dan Calloway Tate Recreation Center. Please refer to Attachment C - Plans, Additional Scope of Work and Project Requirements for additional information for this project. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, manufactured articles, equipment, personnel, tools, supervision, transportation, fuel, and other incidentals necessary to perform services requested herein and typical of these types of projects. Prices offered on the Bid Cost Proposal (Bid Sheet) Form are all inclusive and shall constitute complete compensation. Failure on the part of the Contractor to completely and properly evaluate any factors of costs prior to bidding shall not form a basis for additional compensation.
