July 29, 2024 Deadline for Questions The City of Riviera Beach (hereinafter, the City) issues this Request for Proposal (hereinafter, the RFP) The Riviera Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) is offering a redevelopment opportunity, to a qualified developer or a qualified development team (herein after Developer), for the construction of a market rate residential and commercial development (herein after Signature Project), located at 2600 & 2601 Broadway, which is the northeast, and northwest corner of Broadway Avenue and East Blue Heron Boulevard in the City of Riviera Beach, Florida. The property is owned by the Riviera Beach CRA. The selected Developer has the option to purchase the properties from the CRA or enter into a long-term ground lease with the CRA. The Signature Project sites will be cleared of all structures and provided in as is condition. The awarded master developer or development team will be responsible for site preparation costs and other improvements as set forth herein.
