The City of Riviera Public Works Department (Public Works) is seek bids from qualified bidders, (hereinafter referred to as "Contractor") to provide lot clearing, cutting and related services. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, to remove trash and debris, mow lawns, trim weeds, trees, shrubs and bushes on properties located within City limits on an as needed basis, as requested by designated City Code Compliance Division within the City of Riviera Beach (hereinafter "City") as more particularly described in this ITB. Services shall include, but not be limited to, mowing of overgrown grass or weeds; trimming of trees, shrubs, bushes or hedges including vegetation that obstructs rights-of-way, streets or sidewalks, obstructs visibility or is a hurricane debris hazard; and the removal of all trash, garbage, litter, debris, furniture and appliances. Services work order will result from identified violations of City ordinances by City Code Enforcement staff on properties within the City; therefore, work will be performed primarily on privately owned properties, not on City-owned property. Contractor(s) will be assigned lots to clear on a case-by-case basis, at the sole discretion of the City Code Compliance Division staff. The City makes no guarantee as to the number of lot clearing assignments to be awarded. Each lot may vary as to the type of work required. The City will specify the requirements on the work request.
