The City of Rivera Beach Parks and Recreation Department is seeking bids from qualified bidders, (hereinafter referred to as "Contractor") to provide landscape maintenance services at the Bicentennial Park Complex as outlined by "Attachment C' The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, manufactured articles, equipment, personnel, tools, supervision, transportation, fuel, and other incidentals necessary to perform services requested herein and typical of these types of projects. Prices offered on the Bid Cost Proposal (Bid Sheet) Form are all inclusive and shall constitute complete compensation. Failure on the part of the Contractor to completely and properly evaluate any factors of costs prior to bidding shall not form a basis for additional compensation. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids/proposals, and the award, if award is made, will be made to the lowest responsible bidder whose qualifications indicate the award will be in the best interest of the Owner and whose bid/proposal complies with all the prescribed requirements.
