The project involves furnishing all labor, supervisors, equipment, machinery, tools, materials, transportation, and other services necessary for the replacement of existing sanitary forcemains, services, and appurtenances; grouting and proper disposal or abandonment of existing utilities; and all other elements as indicated on the associated construction plans and specifications. The contractor shall be responsible for the demolition of existing aerial crossings, piles, and supports. The contractor shall be responsible for protection of all irrigation and other underground utilities; and protection of adjacent buildings including air conditioning units, and appurtenances. The contractor shall be responsible for restoration of trees, shrubbery and sodding of all disturbed areas. The general location of the project sites is along the C-17 Canal in the SFWMD right-of-way to Marsh Harbor in Riviera Beach, Florida; and along the M Canal and an FPL transmission easement in West Palm Beach, Florida.
