The City of Riviera Beach is seeking renovation services to convert an existing office space into Temporary Fire Station 86, located at, 1211 Island Drive, Riviera Beach, Florida 33404s. The Contractor shall furnish, at their expense, all labor, supervisors, equipment, machinery, tools, materials, transportation, and other services necessary to fully renovate the existing building with new interior, roof repair, HVAC system, electrical package including a new generator, relocate an existing sleeping trailer, construct an apparatus covering, parking lot, demolition of asphalt, concrete, and landscaping, installation of fencing, pedestrian gates and electric gates, asphaltic pavement, concrete sidewalks, concrete curb and gutter, and lighting, flag pole, access control, cameras, striping and signage, new awning, painting the existing interior and all other elements as indicated in Attachments Substantial Completed: Ninety (90) days Final Completion: Fifteen (15) days following Substantial Completion Date The selected contractor will be required to secure a payment and performance bond in the amount equal to 100% of the contract amount for any proposal in excess of $100,000.00.
