Including but not limited to placing all-weather fire access, asphalt walks and landings, blackout parking spaces etc. Import to be taken from approved district stockpile at Del Oro HS, all spoils to be disposed of by contractor, district to provide surveying and testing. Stockdale: Provide labor, materials and equipment to clear, strip and grub existing surface to prepare for new portable buildings per plans and specifications. Including but not limited to removal of basketball hoops and volleyball poles, sawcut and removal of existing asphalt and concrete, placing new asphalt and concrete to new grades. All spoils to be disposed of by contractor, district to provide surveying.
