Scenario #2: Roadways entering the construction area will be closed to all traffic except for local traffic that cannot be detoured. A single bid bond of 5% shall be included for the greater of the two scenarios and shall be submitted with the bid packet. If your company cannot provide this bond your bid may not be considered responsive. The apparent low bidder will be informed after the bids have been reviewed and a performance bond will be required prior to official award of the contract.
