Site work for a mixed-use development in Reading, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a swimming pool.
The project includes demolishing of the pool, shed, pavilions, building and all equipment located within the building on the property. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the above-specified date for receiving, opening, and reading of bids, except as specifically may be provided by law. All Contracts exceeding $10,000.00 shall be performed in compliance with Executive Order 11246, entitled, Equal Employment Opportunity, as amended by Executive Order 11375 and as supplemented in Department of Labor regulations (41 CFR Part 60). In addition, all Contractors shall comply with the Nondiscrimination/Sexual Harassment Clause as required by Pennsylvania Executive Order 2016-05. The qualification documentation listed in Article 3 in the Instructions to Bidders must be submitted with the bid. Muhlenberg Township, Berks County, reserves the right to waive any informalities in, or to reject any or all bids, and to delete any item or portion of an item without affecting the bids on the remaining items or portion of items.
