Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for the renovation of a residential development.
This work will consist of the replacement of about 4,816 SF of existing sidewalk and associated roof drain piping at specified residential locations throughout the Borough. The bid must be accompanied by a Cashiers Check, Certified Check, or Bid Bond in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to Borough of Wyomissing. Also required are a properly executed Bid Form, Certification Statement, Non-Collusion Affidavit, and Contractors Qualification Statement. The successful bidder shall also be required to provide a Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount within ten (10) calendar days of written notice of acceptance of the Bid. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to accept any portion of any bid, and to award Contracts as is deemed best for the Borough. The Borough also reserves the right to waive any defects, errors, omissions, irregularities, or informalities in bids received. Question Deadline 06/09/2023 at 2:00 PM ET
