Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; for the construction of a sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and playground / park / athletic field.

Class A General Engineering Contractor License or a combination of appropriate Specialty Contractor License(s). The Project includes, without limitation, furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work necessary to satisfactorily complete the Project. Each Bid must be accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier check, certified check or Bidder Bond issued by a Surety insurer, made payable to the City and in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total Bid submitted. Personal or company checks are not acceptable. Upon Contract award, the Contractor shall provide faithful performance and payment Bonds, each in a sum equal to the Contract Price. Before acceptance of the Project, the Contractor shall submit a warranty or maintenance Bond that is valid for one (1) years from acceptance, in the amount of 100% percent (100%) of the Contract Price. The work will include but is not limited to turf removal, construction of new concrete sidewalk, installation of new steel fencing and gates, provision of ADA access entry off of existing road, installation of new turf, and other site amenities as indicated on the plans.
