Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in East Canton, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Sealed bids will be received by the board of education, osnaburg local school district, stark county, at the osnaburg local school district administration offices, 310 browning ct. North, east canton, ohio 44730 for the osnaburg local school district smith gymnasium roof replacement. Addenda shall be issued to plan holders of record. Bidders are encouraged to contact the architect for verification of issuance of addenda. Prevailing wage rates are not required for this project. Each bid must contain the name of every person or company interested therein and shall be accompanied by a bid bond or by a certified check upon a solvent bank, payable to the order of the board of education, plain local school district, in an amount equal to 10 percent (10%) of the amount of the bid including all alternates and conditioned that if the bid be accepted, a contract will be entered into, and the performance of said contact properly secured. Should any bid be rejected, such bond or certified check will be forthwith returned to the bidder, and should any bid be accepted, such bond or certified check will be returned to the bidder upon the proper execution and securing of the contract. The right is reserved by the board of education to accept any bid or part thereof, to reject any and all bids, or a part of any and all bids, and to waive any informalities in bidding.
