Start/Delivery Date:11/01/2023 Project Duration:04/30/2024 The City of South Lake Tahoe is requesting Bids from commercial snow removal operators for the 2023/2024 winter season to remove snow on portions of pavement at the Lake Tahoe Airport, Police Department Headquarters, Fire Rescue Stations 1, 2, 3 & Fire Training Center Recreation Center, Ice Arena, Harrison Parking Lots, Bijou Park, Senior Center, Museum Area, Community Playfields, Public Works Department and Development Services Parking Lots, and Selected Sidewalks, and On-Call Snow Removal City-wide. The City of South Lake Tahoe reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals or to make no award at all, to extend the period for accepting proposals, to advertise the RFP at any time and to waive any minor irregularities in any proposals The Contractor will provide equipment and manpower necessary to clear snow from certain paved portions of the Lake Tahoe Airport, City Police Station Headquarters, Fire Rescue Station 1, 2, 3, Fire Training Center and various other areas within City jurisdictional boundary based on need. This seasonal snow removal contract is for a six-month contract period. Contracts start on November 1, 2023, and span until April 30, 2024. All contracts with the City of South Lake Tahoe require a contractor to maintain a City of South Lake Tahoe Business License. A City of South Lake Tahoe Business License can be obtained Electronically. Type of Award - Lump Sum
