Notice is hereby given that South Tahoe Public Utility District (District) will receive sealed bids by electronic submission only, via its online bidding system, until March 1, 2023, at 10 a.m. for the construction of its 2023 Asphalt Patching & Trench Paving Services Bid. All bids duly received will be publicly opened and content read aloud. Contract documents are available for free download on the District s Vendor Portal at stpud.us. District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or any part thereof, to waive any informality in the bids and to award the bid which is deemed to be in the best interest of the District. This work is subject to prevailing wage requirements as outlined in the contract documents.
