The construction of the City's proposed new Recreation and Aquatics Center. Online QandA Yes QandA Deadline 04/14/2023 2:00 PM (PDT) The proposed new Recreation and Aquatics Center is a roughly 63,000 square foot LEED Gold designed facility that will provide state of the art recreation and civic opportunities to the South Lake Tahoe Community. The Project will be constructed on an approximately 9-acre parcel at the northeast portion of the 56 Acres site in the City of South Lake Tahoe Contractor questions for clarification or interpretation regarding the PreQualification Documents for this Project shall be submitted in writing via PlanetBids, no later than Friday April 21, 2023, by 2:00 p.m. Hard bids will be going out to bid in the middle of May 2023.
