Site work for a water / sewer project in South Lake Tahoe, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Installation of approximately 10 mainline valves (includes insertion valve and line stops), 2 fire hydrants, and interties of the existing water system. Raising of a buried valve within Caltrans right-of-way on Hwy 50. See Technical Specification for more detailed information. The South Tahoe Public Utility District (DISTRICT) invites sealed bids by electronic submission only for the Barton Area Valve Installation Project. Pre-Bid Meeting No All electronic bids shall be accompanied by a bid security amounting to ten percent (10%) of the bid or as detailed in General Bid Instructions, Terms & Conditions Bid Securities section of the Contract Documents. The successful bidder will be required to furnish DISTRICT with a Performance Bond equal to 100% of the successful bid, and a Payment Bond equal to 100% of the successful bid, prior to execution of the Contract. The sites of work are generally located in the Barton area of the City of South Lake Tahoe, CA near Third Street and Helen Ave
