The New York State Office for People With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) has received approval from the State of New York Office of the State Comptroller for exemption from giving notice in the New York State Contract Reporter for an amendment to an agreement to provide HVAC Mechanical and Temperature Control Service and Boiler Service Maintenance at the Western NY DDSOO Main Campus. The amendment adds $65,621.24 and extends the contract by four months bringing the new contract end date to August 31, 2023. This notice will serve as OPWDD s published requirements of this action. Any questions or comments regarding this notice of sole-source, single-source, or procurement otherwise exempt from advertising in the NYS Contract Reporter should be directed to the contact person listed for the contracting agency or public authority.
