CR Number: 2103334 OPWDD 's Contract Management Unit for Taconic DDSOO is soliciting sealed bids from responsible and qualified contractors to perform HVAC and Water Heater Systems Start Up, Maintenance, and Repair Services in approximately 70 community homes/sites in Dutchess, Putnam, and Ulster Counties. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, annual inspection and start-up services, maintenance services, and repair services of HVAC and Water Heater systems. Prevailing Wage will be applicable. Final Date for Receipt of Questions 10 November 2023 Questions that are emailed must be submitted via email address to eny.nyc.li.contracthub@opwdd.ny.gov, and should reference the IFB title name and number in the subject line of the email. The term of this contract will be defined in the Contract Agreement, but is anticipated to be a five year contract, unless an amendment is mutually agreed upon by both parties and approved by the Office of the State Comptroller (OSC).
