OPWDD's Contract Management Unit for Long Island DDSOO is soliciting sealed bids from responsible and qualified contractors to perform Plumbing services at multiple community residences located in Nassau and Suffolk Counties. The Scope of Work includes but is not limited to providing emergency repair service 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. In addition to emergency call ins, scheduled work would occur during normal working hours. Three references attesting to at least three years of professional experience is required. Contractor shall provide all applicable insurances. Contract will be awarded to the responsible and responsive bidder that provides the lowest Total Annual Estimated Combined Cost. Total Annual Estimated Combined Cost is based on hourly labor rates plus parts with mark-up. Nassau and Suffolk Counties will be evaluated separately. Complete the Cost Proposal section for each county you would like to bid on. Vendors may bid on one or both counties and up to two contracts may be awarded. All locations included within a county are to be serviced by the Bidder who is awarded the contract for that county. Prevailing wage will apply.
