OPWDD's Contract Management Unit for Sunmount DDSOO is soliciting sealed bids from responsible and qualified contractors to perform residential generator maintenance and repair services. This is a full-service maintenance contract to include all parts and labor. Emergency repair service is to be provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Contractor will respond to emergencies within 4 hours of receiving notice. Three professional references attesting to at least three years of comparable, relevant experience for the bidder or its principal is required. Contractor shall provide all applicable insurances. Contract(s) will be awarded to the responsible and responsive bidder(s) that provides the lowest Total Annual Estimated Combined Cost per cluster. Awards will be made by cluster. A bidder may bid on one or multiple clusters and multiple contracts may be awarded. All sites included in a cluster are to be serviced by the winning bidder. Prevailing wage will apply.
