Through this Request for Proposal (RFP) the Office of Purchasing and Contracting is seeking to establish contracts with one or more companies that can provide Hazardous Response & Material Collection and Disposal. Bids must consist of a single email with a single, digitally searchable PDF attachment containing all components of the bid. Multiple emails and/or multiple attachments will not be accepted. There is an attachment size limit of 40 MB. It is the Bidder's responsibility to compress the PDF file containing its bid if necessary in order to meet this size limitation. Faxed bids will not be accepted. BID ENVELOPES MUST BE CLEARLY MARKED 'SEALED BID' AND SHOW THE REQUISITION NUMBER AND/OR PROPOSAL TITLE, OPENING DATE AND NAME OF BIDDER. To secure a project that is deemed to be in the best interest of the State, the State reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, , in whole or in part, with or without cause, and to waive technicalities in submissions.
