Renovation of a municipal facility in Montpelier, Vermont. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of 9/29/2023 No bids were receivd. This project consists of, but is not limited to: 133 State Street is a five story 98,000 square foot structure constructed in 1920 and consists of mainly office spaces. The scope of the project shall include the replacement of the existing light fixtures and controls per the plans and specifications. The new lighting consists of new LED fixtures with integral wireless occupancy, daylight sensors. All lighting feeds and wiring shall be salvaged, re-used and extended as required to incorporate the new LED fixtures. The new lighting controls consists of wireless dimming switches, wireless ceiling mount occupancy sensors, integral wireless occupancy and daylight sensors. Some areas shall require the use of relay packs to integrate the existing lighting with new wireless controls. The contractor is responsible for supplying all required commissioning and owner training of the controls system by a factory trained technician. All work of each floor shall be completed in its entirety and programmed prior to beginning work on the next floor. All scheduling shall be coordinated by the owner two weeks in advance before moving to the next floor. Work in the tax department areas shall require the contractor entering the site to have the proper security paperwork signed and approved prior to entry and shall coordinate with the COTW and Project Manager for access to the space.
