Mesa Unified School District #4 is seeking unit pricing on HVAC Controls items, utilized in the Mesa Public Schools Operations Department, Mesa, Arizona 85210. These are items that Mesa Public Schools may purchase throughout the year based on historical use. The District is also requesting discount pricing on any additional items that are not listed, but which may be ordered for occasional use throughout the District, by School personnel as needed. There is no expressed or guaranteed quantity. There will be no public opening of the quotations received for this solicitation. This is an annual request for pricing of HVAC Controls. It is estimated that the District spends approximately $50,000 per year on HVAC Control items. This is an estimated amount only and no quantity is implied or guaranteed. This contract will not be renewed at the end of this contract term.
