Northwest Regional Educational Service District (NWRESD) has prequalified 6 General Contractors (Bremik, Emerick, INLINE CC, Kirby Nagelhout, P&C, and Perlo) for the Aloclek Building Renovation, located at 3030 NE Aloclek Drive. Hillsboro, OR 97124. Bids will not be accepted from any other contractors. Bid documents will be provided to local plan centers, who may contact Luke Harkness, lukeh@wenahagroup.com to receive a link for bid documents. Subcontractors and suppliers should communicate directly with the approved General Contractors or plan centers. There shall be no unauthorized contact with NWRESD staff or Board Members during the bidding process. NWRESD is an equal opportunity employer and encourages the participation of minority, women, disabled veteran, disadvantaged, and emerging small business enterprises. All qualified contractors shall comply with ORS 279C.800-870, Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries (BOLI) requirements and be licensed with the State of Oregon Construction Contractors Board. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
