The University of Northern Iowa has crafted a vision for a new Nursing program to start in the Fall of 2024. The program will facilitate experimental learning opportunities for students to learn and train in. This includes hybrid laboratories that facilitate didactic and small group learning as well as immersive practice-based learning. Flexible simulation environments allow for a diversity of high-fidelity scenarios leading to increase outcomes by students. Storage and support spaces allow for these spaces to perform and function seamlessly. Flat-floor active learning environments support the didactic and small group learning curriculum and allow for flexibility depending on the courses being delivered Bid security shall be agreed upon as the measure of liquidated damages which Owner will sustain by failure, neglect or refusal of bidder to deliver a signed contract stipulating performance of the work in unqualified compliance with Contract Documents or furnish the required 100% Contract Performance and Payment Bond within ten (10) days after receipt of Notice of Award.
