The Contractor will provide the following services: Meet with the City of Brentwood and project partners to discuss the project as soon as possible after being selected. Provide two draft landscaping plans for review that includes the following: Detailed planting plan with 100% natives and/or native cultivars. Indicate type and location placement of trail, footbridge(s), trail head with parking, and gazebo or pavilion if included. See Attachment A for trail placement and people access strategies. Indicate signage location placement. Provide a final landscaping plan that incorporates feedback from project partners. Provide a cost opinion for project installation. Provide contractor oversight for the project installation process. The landscape design should include at least Zones #1, #2, and #3 in the diagram at right and any additional Zone 4 recommendations as this zone will not be part of the implementation of this project, but it should be taken into consideration. All plants included in the planting design must be native plants and/or their cultivars.
