Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the construction of a water / sewer project.
Fill South of River Point and fill and compaction on the triangle lot shall be substantially completed on or before August 15th, 2023. Project shall be substantially completed on or before November 01, 2023. A Bid Bond or Surety 2000 in the amount of 5% of the bid must accompany each proposal as a guaranty. Supplies for completing all work included in this contract. This Contract consists of loading and importing fill from 333 Avenue and stockpiling or compacting in the Phase 2 Redevelopment Area at River Point. The construction work includes loading material, haul off, importing and compacting clean fill, and stockpiling clean fill. Also included are erosion control measures, installing a storm inlet, placing topsoil and seed, and all incidental items necessary to complete the work as shown on the plans and included in the proposal and contract. The Contractor shall furnish all of the necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supplies for completing all work included in this contract. Fill South of River Point and fill and compaction on the triangle lot shall be substantially completed on or before August 15th, 2023. Project shall be substantially completed on or before November 01, 2023.
