Buildings Rehabilitation/Renovation, Buildings/Public, Buildings and Grounds/Athletic/Sports Facilities This Contract consists of: Remodel of multiple park restroom facilities throughout the City of Manitowoc. Remodel may include but is not limited to interior and exterior painting, partition replacement, new lighting, masonry work, and other incidental work. See construction notes for more specifics. All electrical connections shall be made by a licensed electrician. All plumbing work shall be made by a licensed plumber. The Contractor shall furnish all of the necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supplies for completing all work included in this Contract unless otherwise specified below. All work included in this Contract shall be performed according to the plans, specifications, and to the satisfaction of the Project Manager following IBC standards. Attached drawings are for reference only and are not engineered drawings and may not be to exact scale. The Contractor will work with the City to develop an installation schedule to avoid events and facility rentals in locations where work is anticipated. The Contractor shall use the bid quantities tab to break down price per restroom to allow the City to delete restrooms from the contract if necessary in order to stay within budget.
