This Project consists of supplying, delivering, and installing one (1) generator at the City s water treatment plant AND one (1) generator at the City s wastewater treatment plant. All requests and questions should be made to the City of Gustine. A Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid. A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of the CITY OF GUSTINE, negotiable U.S. Government bonds (at par value), may be substituted in lieu of a Bid Bond. Should the total bid amount be less than $100,000, a Bid Bond will NOT be required. The successful bidder must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color, religion, sex, sexual identity, gender identity, or national origin. The City of Gustine reserves the right to reject all bids or waive any informalities in the bidding. The city will evaluate the proposals to determine which firm(s) has the best qualifications and can adequately meet the project s needs. Bids may be held by the City of Gustine for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the bidder s qualifications prior to the contract award.
