Project Identification: The name of the Project on Contract Documents is: Door Upgrades at MA12-2 Addison Apartments, WHA Job No. 2022-30. Addison Apartments consists of five two-story brick structures and one one-story brick structure for Elderly and Special Needs apartment buildings. Buildings Addresses: 130-144 Dorchester Street; 2-26 Addison Street, Worcester, MA 01605. General Summary of Work but not limited to 1. Doors, door-frames and door hardware replacement, including all related work as shown on Drawings and Specifications. 2. Asbestos abatement as shown on Drawings and Specifications. 3. Electrical conduits and wiring reconfiguration as shown on Drawings and Specifications. 4. Doors and keying system must be operational for Tenants use at the end of each work day. The goal for minority participation is 1.6%, trade by trade, of the workforce. The goal for the participation of women is 6.9%, trade by trade, of the workforce. All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 06/12/2023 at 3:00PM EDT for general bids. The Project consists of but not limited to: Entry door replacements and related work. This project is assisted by HUD and subject to Davis-Bacon prevailing wage requirements. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Question Deadline 06/12/2023 at 3:00 PM ET
