Renovation of a multi-residential development in Worcester, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The Work under the Contract consists of in general but not limited to 1. This project includes the refurbishment of two (2) existing traction passenger elevators located in the Murray Avenue Apartments, 50 Murray Avenue, Worcester, MA. This work is expected to include replacement of the elevator machinery and upgrades to elevator controls. 2. All work either shown on the Drawings or included in the specifications unless specifically indicated as not to be done. 3. All existing materials and debris shall be removed and disposed of in accordance with all applicable State, Federal and Local Codes and Regulations. The goal for minority participation is 1.6%, trade by trade, of the workforce. The goal for the participation of women is 6.9%, trade by trade, of the workforce.
