Demolition, site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Worcester, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Scope: To include but not limited to: Demolition and disposal, new construction and appurtenances associated with removing 400-gallon domestic hot water storage tank, reconfiguring existing circulation piping and pumps, and installing two new 200-gallon domestic hot water storage tanks. Bid Security (5% of Total Bid). All questions must be referred in writing to Maureen McKeon via email at mckeonmp@worcesterma.gov. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all general bids which contains erasures, alterations, additions, errors or irregularities of any kind, or which contains proposed prices for any class or item of work which are, in the judgment of the Owner, substantially less or more than the actual cost to complete the work; provided, however, that the Owner reserves the right to waive any and all informalities as to form.
