This ITT is for the supply and delivery of powdered activated carbon to the Plant on an as required basis for a 12-month term, beginning on July 1, 2023 and ending on June 30, 2024. The Plant is located approximately thirty kilometers northeast of the City of Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. The Plant was commissioned in 1955 and provides safe, high quality drinking water to approximately 260,000 customers, including the Cities of Moose Jaw and Regina, SaskWater, and the Buffalo Pound Provincial Park. The Plant uses PAC in the treatment of water for cold weather coagulation.
