This is an advance notice of several potential procurement opportunity for interested Contractors so that advance planning can take place. Recent flooding has resulted in unforeseen culvert failures and road closures throughout the province. The result is some unplanned culvert replacement projects that will need to be delivered on a short timeline. Dealing with flooding projects has also impacted the completion of other culvert projects. The result of this will be that in the next few weeks culvert projects will need to be tendered on a priority basis. This may include multiple tenders closing in the same week as well as some tenders being advertised for less than 10 days. The goal is to complete the tender process in a way that provides Contractors with adequate time to complete the work Any questions regarding the above can be sent to rfxquestions@gov.sk.ca with the subject line: "Culvert Replacement - Advance Notice".
