Site work and renovation of a civil project in Titusville, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The City is seeking a contractor to provide a full turnkey service to replace and upgrade the CO2 system for this plant.The City of Titusville's CO2 Storage Tank at the Mourning Dove Water Treatment Plant was installed in 2009 but was a refurbished tank that needs replacement. The City is seeking a contractor to provide a full turnkey service to replace and upgrade the CO2 system for this plant. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bidder's Bond, payable to City of Titusville, Florida for five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. Payment and Performance Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract amount will be required as well as a 10% Maintenance Bond for this project. The City reserves the right to make any changes to this bid, or to reject any and all, or parts of any and all bids, or to accept any bid or portion thereof deemed to be in the best interest of the City, or postpone or cancel, at any time, this bid, or to resolicit this bid, or to waive any irregularities in this bid or in the offers received as a result to this bid. All questions should be received in writing prior to 5:00 p.m. on June 13, 2023.
