Contractor is to furnish labor, equipment, materials, and supplies to perform the following work at Shaler Area High School, 381 Wible Run Road, Pittsburgh, PA, 15209. Replace Lochinvar holding tank. Contractor is required to: o Remove and discard existing tank. o Isolate utilities and make safe/lock out tag out. o Isolate tank, drain down, disconnect piping, remove tank from building. o Supply and install (1) new Lochinvar storage tank RGA0650. o Supply and install new pop-off safety relief valve on top of tank. o Hook up all associated piping and fittings and leak test. o Open up tank to system and check operation. o Clean work area of all garbage and debris. o Provide all necessary layout work. o Provide all equipment needed to complete the work. o Provide all materials and supplies needed to complete the work. o Provide all labor necessary to complete the work. o Submit all submittals, payment requests, and necessary paperwork. o Correct any and all damage repairs due to or caused by their work procedures. o Provide project close out.
